Terms of Service

By using Diamo, you agree to these terms. They're written to be clear, not opaque. Please read them — they cover what we offer, what we don't promise, and how we handle payments and refunds.

1. Who We Are

Diamo is operated by Polsia, Inc. ("Diamo", "we", "us"). Diamo provides an AI-powered unified profiling service that combines astrology, numerology, MBTI, and Enneagram into personalized archetype reports.

These terms govern your use of Diamo at diamo.polsia.app and any related services.

2. What Diamo Is (and Isn't)

Diamo generates AI-powered personality profiles for the purposes of entertainment, self-discovery, and personal reflection.

Important: Diamo reports are not medical advice, psychological diagnosis, or therapy. They are not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are experiencing psychological distress, please consult a qualified mental health professional.

Our reports are generated by AI models and may not be 100% accurate. They represent a synthesis of publicly understood personality frameworks (astrology, numerology, MBTI, Enneagram) and should be approached as a tool for reflection, not absolute truth.

3. Your Account and Submissions

Diamo does not require account creation. Your quiz submission is linked to your email address and a unique token. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information (birth date, birth place) to receive meaningful results
Keeping your report link private if you wish to maintain privacy
Using the service only for lawful, personal purposes

4. Paid Reports and Pricing

Diamo offers three tiers:

Free: Basic archetype card and profile summary — always free, no payment required
Essential Report ($19): Full Act I narrative report (~3,000 words) with personalized profile
Deep Dive Report ($49): Complete 3-act report (~6,500 words), full depth across all systems
Upgrade (Essential → Deep, $30): Upgrade after initial purchase

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe and are charged immediately upon purchase.

5. Refund Policy

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your paid report, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.

To request a refund, email diamo@un1ty.dev with your email address and the reason for your request. We process refunds within 5 business days.

After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse (e.g., purchasing multiple reports and requesting refunds repeatedly).

Since reports are digital products delivered immediately, EU right-of-withdrawal (14-day) is waived upon delivery per EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m). We voluntarily offer 7 days regardless.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Diamo report is generated specifically for you and is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may:

Share your archetype card and report with friends and family
Post your archetype on social media for personal expression

You may not:

Resell, license, or commercially exploit your report
Use report content to train AI models
Represent Diamo's content as your own original work

The Diamo brand, platform, AI systems, and report templates remain the intellectual property of Polsia, Inc.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to scrape, crawl, or automate requests to Diamo
Reverse engineer the profiling system or AI models
Use the platform to generate reports for third parties at scale
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Provide false information to manipulate results

We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Diamo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. In the event of extended outages affecting paid report delivery, we will offer refunds or credits.

10. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue features of Diamo at any time. If we make significant changes that affect paid features, we will notify users by email with reasonable notice.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under JAMS rules, with proceedings in English. EU consumers retain the right to bring claims before their local courts.
